One might think I'm Star Wars crazed, but then I read some forums yesterday and realized I have a very mild case of Star Wars fever compared to many other die-hard Star Wars fans! *I'm tame* in comparison. Though they might not make Star Wars themed food every week, they do discuss things like why Ezra Bridger is nicknamed "Blueberry!" 😁

Back to what matters here...have you ever made Chocolate Dipped Strawberries? If not, you might be shocked how easy it is to make these scrumptious delights at home.

These are a great hit for Valentine's Day, Birthday Parties, or just because! Any Star Wars Party will benefit from serving these along with our free printable label for Dark Side Snoke Berries. The recipe is below. Buon Appetito!

Star Wars Dark Side Snoke Berries AKA Chocolate Covered Strawberries
So simple to make, yet so scrumptious to devour. Delectable chocolate covers the sweetest strawberries.
Ingredients
  • 2 pints fresh strawberries with hulls attached
  • 12 oz bag chocolate chips or chocolate candy bars
  • 4 oz white chocolate
Instructions
1. Wash strawberries thoroughly and pat dry completely with paper towels. Return strawberries to refrigerator to keep cold. 2. Place 12 oz of chocolate in small glass bowl and heat at 50% power in microwave, stirring well every 15 seconds until chocolate is completely melted. Otherwise, heat over hot water in a double boiler until melted. 3. Put a sheet of parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Take each strawberry and dip in melted chocolate. I hold them by the hull and roll it in the melted chocolate. Then place on side on parchment lined cookie sheet. 4. Melt white chocolate the same as how you melted the other chocolate. Place in a small ziploc sandwich bag, trim off corner and then you can make any type of decor on the berries. I made the letter "S" for Snoke. You could also decorate with various sprinkles. 5. Place in refrigerator to set chocolate. These should be prepared no more than 2 days in advance. Store in refrigerator.
