Is my love of Italian Star Wars food driving you crazy yet? Well, hang on, because there is a lot more ahead. To go along with my Ham Solo in Carbonara and Tauntaun Guts with Starkiller posts, I thought I better share their accompaniment: Sarlacc Toast aka Garlic Toast with Cheese or some prefer to call it Garlic Bread, Texas Toast, etc. You can find the free printable Star Wars party food label or sign for Sarlacc Toast right here.

My Sarlacc Toast recipe is easy and tastes better than most garlic bread you can buy at the store: First choose your bread. In the photo above I used fresh Ciabatta rolls split in half. You can also use French Bread, Sourdough Bread, Thick sliced bread, etc. There are no rules, I have even used hot dog buns when in a bind. Then mix some garlic powder with salted butter. Add some dried parsley. Stir well and spread on bread. Sprinkle the top with Paremesan and/or Romano cheese. Put under the broiler and toast until golden brown. Buon Appetito!
